Lauren June is a Personal Trainer, Holistic Facilitator & Women’s Coach who supports women to feel empowered, strong and deeply connected to themselves. Her work blends movement, breath, and self discovery to create sustainable wellbeing and transformation from the inside out.
Lauren is passionate about guiding women back into embodiment, self-trust and their own inner wisdom.

Mackenzie Sutcliffe
Mackenzie, aka Kenzie, has a passion for movement in all its forms—from professional dance to Pilates . Kenzie’s classes are designed to make you laugh, sweat, and soak up all the positive vibes. Kenz aims to encourage you to move your body in a way that feels good. Why? Well, movement shouldn’t feel like a chore; it should feel like a blessing - and there’s no better way to spend that time than moving alongside people who make you smile.

Nikki Heiser-Webeck
Beginning her dance journey at just two years of age, Nikki trained in Classical Ballet (R.A.D) and Modern Jazz (F.A.D.T).
She went on to enjoy a successful performance career, spending 10 years as a professional cheerleader in the NRL with the St George Illawarra Dragons and Parramatta Eels, as well as in the NBL with the Sydney Kings. Her career also included appearances in Nikki Webster music videos and international travel to Malaysia to film the television show It’s a Knockout.
After having two children, Nikki returned to dance with a renewed passion—this time combining movement, strength, and wellbeing through teaching. She now specialises in adult-focused dance classes that blend technique, fitness, and fun.

Alison Riley
Alison Riley DipNut, BHlthSc(ComplMed)
Alison is a Holistic Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach of 20 years.
Alison has been a lifelong Yogini and in a search for more breathwork to deepen my practice in 2008 I found Kundalini Yoga. After her first class, she was immediately hooked and completed my Teacher Training in 2010.
Over the years Alison has come to understand how integral, whole-body movement is to our Holistic health.
Alison combines the transformative techniques of Kundalini yoga, including breathwork, mudra, sound code frequencies, meditation and asana to harness our body’s innate abilities, align with the true self, expand life force and metaphysical wholeness.

Marli Gray
Marli has spent the past 18 months travelling Australia full-time, completing her yoga teacher training while living and learning on the road. Now back in her hometown, she teaches yoga and is studying naturopathy, with a deep interest and passion in holistic and women’s health.
Marli‘s focus is to help women feel strong, supported and at home in their bodies. Her classes offer practical tools such as breathwork, relaxation and mindful movement, empowering women to build confidence, connection and resilience both on and off the mat.
She values the sense of community that yoga creates and is passionate about holding spaces where women can truly feel good.

Heather is passionate about bringing women together for movement that brings joy. She has been pracitsing Pilates for more than a decade and is the Director of Core Restore Co, author at Mamamia, Womens’s Health magazine & GIrls Get Off.
